Who I Am and What I’m Doing

I’m a 50-year old woman who thinks I live a fundamentally healthy life. Obviously, there’s always room for improvement, no matter what you do. But I mostly eat well (we’ll discuss my Red Bull and Chee-tos habit another time); I exercise (all right, not enough, but with a very lively dog, every day); I take supplements; and I visit doctors regularly, both mainstream and alternative, to stay on top of my health issues.

So, since I seemed like a fairly typical client, the folks at Sciona asked me if I would write about my experiences taking their test and then implementing recommended changes into my life. I’m going to go through the same exact process you will, assuming you take on their suggestions for becoming healthier.

The big difference is that I have the Sciona team at my disposal to quiz about what’s going on. I get to ask them about the things that confuse me or I wonder about. And I will tell you honestly about how I feel going through this: what works, what doesn’t; what’s easy, what’s hard; and share with you what Sciona tells me when I ask.

I’ll post a list of questions at the end of each entry. I’d like to hear from you to compare your experiences with my own, and together, we can help one another improve our health and our lives. Please tell me how it’s going for you. Also, if you have questions that I haven’t thought of that you’d like me to ask Sciona, let me know and I’ll ask. Sciona gave me an e-mail address (kkingsley@sciona.com), so, if you prefer to ask me confidentially, I will get answers without revealing who you are. I hope you find this helpful, or at least, mildly interesting. And I look forward to hearing from you.
